If the scale was 1 to 10 - all would be 10. If you want to buy or sell, you owe yourself the luxury and ease of using Luanne! Luanne (Lu) was always there, by phone, by text, or in person. If I text her a 10PM she answered! She did the prep work to see my house and we sold in 1 day with even a back-up offer. Lu also helped us buy our new place. We had a short time to find a house; do you know of an agent that would take you to 12 houses in 1 day! Lu did! She set up everything.
